Dear Parents,

*Thank you for helping your child in collating the following items/form for submission today! Kindly ensure that he submits all of them, latest by 7 January, Monday.

1. Individual Student Details Report For Year 2013

-Kindly verify the details and sign the form.

2. Thermometer

-To be used on 7 January, Monday.

3. Health Booklet

4. Progress Report Book

5. Books and files for all subjects

-Kindly note that the Math teacher, Miss Eileen Tay, would like the boys to submit all the Math books (3A & 3B), including a single-lined exercise book, and the Math file by 7 January, Monday.

-The Chinese and Science books/files will be collected by the subject teachers next week. Meanwhile, they are kept under the boys’ desks.

*If your child would like to use the locker, kindly ensure that he has a lock.

*Kindly note that the boys were assigned new sitting arrangement today. Unless there is a need to accommodate special requests, sitting arrangement will be changed only every termly.

*Some of the boys were appointed to serve as Group Leaders and Assistant Group Leaders. Others will be assigned various responsibilities in due course. By the end of the year, every boy will have the opportunity to serve as an Appointment Holder at least once.

*On behalf of 3Joy, I would like to extend a warm welcome to Davey who has just returned from China to join the Catholic High Family! Xaven has kindly agreed to be Davey’s buddy!
