*An information sheet has been distributed to the boys today. Kindly take note of the details and attached rubrics.
*Duration of presentation: 1 minute
*No props or PowerPoint slides are allowed. Cue cards may be used for occasional reference.
*Your child must:

*Your child may refer to the guiding questions given in the Information Sheet while preparing for the presentation.
*Kindly remind your child that he is to rehearse the presentation at home. He needs to project his voice in order for the whole class to be able to hear him.
*The presentation will be carried out on Wednesday (Thursday for absentees) in Week 5.
*Kindly acknowledge receipt of the Information Sheet and remind your child to show me the signature tomorrow.
