Dear Parents,

*Kindly be informed that the following forms were distributed to the boys today:

1. Personal Particulars Form

-Kindly update the particulars (if necessary) and get your child to submit the form tomorrow.

2. Letter from the Principal and School Calendar for Term 1

3. Conduct of Temperature-Taking Exercise

-Kindly remind your child to submit his thermometer tomorrow. It will be kept in school, and returned to him at the end of Term 4.

-Kindly label the thermometer with your child’s name and class.

4. Swimming Carnival Registration Form 2013

-Deadline for submission: 9 January 2013

5. School-Family Education Programme- Imparting Important Character Values To Your Child: Honesty, Integrity & Beyond

-Deadline for submission: 8 January 2013

*Kindly also remind your child to submit his Progress Report Book and Health Booklet tomorrow.
